On Dec 5, 2020, Sher I Kashmir Institute of Medical Science the tertiary care hospital in Kashmir was planning to celebrate its 38 annual day. The organizers wanted a wide range of services including documentary film on the history of the Institution, Short film on Covid-19 management by the hospital during pandemic.
