The organizers wanted a wide range of services including documentary film on the history of the Institution, Short film on Covid-19 management by the hospital during pandemic. Event branding which included the Event Logo, Invitation Cards, Venue Branding, Signage, live streaming of the event and video and photographic coverage.

The social and preventive medicine department (SPM) of Government Medical College Srinagar desired to start an awareness campaign through short and long format documentary films to bring a behavior change in the lifestyle of people and aware them about various diseases, their symptoms, prevention and treatment. Around 20 short films and 2 long documentaries were made during the campaign. The videos were widely shared on social Media and other platforms.
